Ingredients

rolled oats

almonds
1/2
cup
pistachios
1/2
cup
coconut flakes
1/4
cup
chopped dates
1
tbsp
brown sugar
pinch of salt
3
tbsp
coconut oil
1/4
cup
maple syrup
Optional
1
tsp
vanilla
2
tsp
cinnamon
Instructions
Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Melt coconut oil on stove or in microwave. Whisk in maple syrup and vanilla if using.
Pour wet mixture over dry mixture and mix thoroughly.
Press mixture into a baking pan, then bake at 160C for 20-25 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before breaking into small chunks. Store in an airtight container.
