Spicy Cauliflower Bites
A naughty-but-nice American inspired snack! Spicy battered cauliflower bites served with a creamy sriracha mayonnaise.

for frying
Dipping sauce

vegan mayonnaise

sriracha
Instructions
Cut cauliflower into florets.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry batter ingredients and whisk together until well combined.
Add wet batter ingredients to the dry mix and whisk until smooth.
Coat cauliflower florets in batter.
Add vegetable oil to dutch oven to 1-2cm depth. Heat until it reaches 180C (approx 2-3 mins).
Fry the cauliflower florets for approx 4-5 mins, until golden brown. Turn the florets regularly so they are evenly cooked.
Place the florets on paper towel to remove excess oil and to cool slightly.
While the florets are cooling, mix mayonnaise and sriracha to make the dipping sauce.
Serve immediately.
