Ingredients
Strawberry Chia Pudding Mousse
1cupfrozen strawberries
2cupplant based milk
1/2cupchia seeds
1/4cupagave syrup
To serve
plant based yoghurt
fresh strawberries
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender. Add an extra splash of milk if the mixture becomes too thick. Transfer into 4 individual jars for each serve.
Chill, covered, in the fridge overnight (or for at least 3 hours). These will keep well for about 5 days.
To serve, top with yoghurt and fresh strawberries.
