Strawberry Chia Pudding Mousse

This easy chia pudding mousse is a delicious healthy start to the day. It's loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, fibre + antioxidants and only takes 5 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients

Strawberry Chia Pudding Mousse

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 cup plant based milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup

To serve

  • plant based yoghurt
  • fresh strawberries

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender. Add an extra splash of milk if the mixture becomes too thick. Transfer into 4 individual jars for each serve.
  • Chill, covered, in the fridge overnight (or for at least 3 hours). These will keep well for about 5 days.
  • To serve, top with yoghurt and fresh strawberries.
