Vegan Sweetened Condensed Milk
This vegan sweetened condensed milk is a baking pantry staple. Super easy and only 2 ingredients! Use any plant-based milk of choice.
Servings 1 jar
- 3 cups plant based milk e.g. soy, oat, almond
- 1 cup sugar
- Whisk together milk and sugar in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. It's important to use a large saucepan as the milk will froth up A LOT and can easily overflow.
- Continue to whisk and bring to a low simmer.
